* Severe (‘Major fault not effecting entire network’) - 4 Hours
* Problematic (‘Minor fault’) - Next business day
* No fault (‘Apply an upgrade’) - Scheduled as required
Weekends, Holidays and After Hours

* Non-standard network hardware (e.g. plotters, specialized printers, special scanners, cash registers, PDA’s)

Common Questions
What is a ‘seat’?
A seat is basically a computer.
Say you have a 50 person business but only 5 computers.
Then you would pay only $5.50 per day x 5 seats.
What if you provide me with cheap computers?
Why would we do that? We pay when you have problems so putting in cheap stuff only costs us money!
If something happens to IOW will my equipment be taken away from me?
No. You will sign a contract for rental of the whole system with FinRent so the system is yours!
Do you provide laptops?
Yes, where a laptop is justified.
I only have 5 computers am I too small?
No.
If I move 3 times in the next 3 years will you do all the wiring I need each time at no cost to me?
Yes. Also we will shut down and set up (but not move) all your computers.
How long has IOW been in business?
