What is included?

The Service:

* A full network audit and needs analysis
* 24 hour a day network monitoring
* Response to network failures 7 days a week
* Restoration of network integrity upon failure
* Management of all software and hardware
* Installation and setup of new equipment we provide
* Management of web and email
* Management of local and off site backup system
* Configuration and maintenance of all network hardware
* Provide advice on IT related issues
* Basically - IOW will be your IT Department!

The Computers:

* Vista Business workstation with MS Office 2007
* All normal network hardware
* Appropriately sized network printer
* Network wiring and wireless setup
* 2008 Small Business Server and Backup System
* UPS protection of network servers

"Per Seat" for the purpose of calculation the fee for service means based on the number of computers that has access to the Customer's computer network for the purpose of carrying out the business of the Customer's. For example; a workstation that remains fixed to the Customer's network, a laptop that connects onto the Customer's network either locally or via a wide area network but does not include a person connected to the Customer's web server.
