Domain name registration
The process is similar to obtaining a Company or Business Name.
IOW is a registered reseller of Australian Registrar ‘MelbourneIT’
and New Zealand Registrar ‘Domainz’.

Re-delegating existing Domain Name
We can manage your already registered domain by transferring the domain name over to IOW for management.

Web hosting
We can host your web site and/or email accounts on our Commercial Web Server. IOW has an infrastructure that provides your web site with high speed Internet connectivity.

Email hosting
This service is available for those who do not have a web presence as yet but want the advantage of using their domain name through their e-mails. Each email box has an allowance of 10MB of space.

Co-location
This facility provides an optimal physical environment for companies needing to locate their computer equipment with access to high capacity Internet bandwidth.
The co-location facility has various systems in place for redundancy during a power outage or failure. In the event of network failure IP connectivity will automatically be re-routed around the problem area to ensure connectivity is not lost.
A back up generator activates automatically to re power the facility during a power outage or failure, and UPS units are installed at the end of each rack as a safety precaution against short power outages. The facility also uses state-of-the-art technology for climate control as it is fitted with automated temperature and humidity sensors, as well as a high temperature alarm to ensure optimum server environment.
